Introduction
Payment Link is an e-invoice that is used to accept payment digitally from your customers. This link can be shared to your customers using WhatsApp, SMS, Email or any of your preferred platform with just a simple copy-and-paste. Payment Link will lead the customers to DOKU's checkout page where customers can make payments using any of the payment methods that you have activated from the DOKU Dashboard. You can create Payment Link via the DOKU dashboard or via Social App (e.g, WhatsApp). The following list consists of the many features that DOKU Payment Link provides:

Create Single Payment Link via DOKU Dashboard
The following is the step-by-step instruction on how you could create a payment link using the DOKU dashboard.
- Log in to DOKU Dashboard
- On the side navigation bar, access the Accept Payment tab and click Payment Link
- Click New Payment Link
- Input Customer Name, Email Address (for email notification), and Expiration Date.
- Input Item Name, Price and Quantity.
- Click Create Payment Link.
Create Single Payment Link via Social App (WhatsApp)
In order to create Payment Link from WhatsApp, you would first need to register your phone number in the DOKU Dashboard.
- Log in to DOKU Dashboard
- On the side navigation bar, access the Accept Payment tab and click Link Bayar
- Click New Number
- Input your phone number.

Create Multiple Single Payment Links with Batch Upload
If you would like to create multiple payment links at one time, the following is the step-by-step instruction on how you could create multiple payment link with batch upload using the DOKU dashboard.
- Log in to DOKU Dashboard
- On the side navigation bar, access the Accept Payment tab and click Payment Link
- Click Import From Spreadsheet
- Download the excelsheet file in the pop-up box that appears.
- Input the blank fields in the excelsheet according to the template.
- Upload Excelsheet.
- Click Upload and Continue.
