Migration Guidelines

Are you ready to migrate to the new DOKU Dashboard? The new DOKU Dashboard offers a more user-friendly and efficient platform for you to manage your payments, refunds, and settlements. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of migrating your user account to the new DOKU Dashboard, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.

  Migration Schedule

You may only begin the migration on March 15, 2023 and onwards. During this time and thereafter, DOKU Back Office will no longer be available.

Step 1: Log in to Back Office

Log in to your DOKU Back Office using the same credentials that you have.

DOKU Back Office Virtual Terminal ( https://vt.doku.com)

Step 2: Access DOKU Dashboard

Once you've logged in to DOKU Back Office, you'll see a pop-up with a button that says "Access New Dashboard" Click this button to begin the migration process.

Step 3: Fill the account registration form

The next step is to fill out the necessary information, including your email, and a new password. This information will be used as your credentials for the new dashboard. It is important to use a secure password and to keep it safe.

If the email you entered has been registered on the new DOKU Dashboard, you will be asked to enter the current password.

Step 4: Verify your account via email

Once you've entered your information, the system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to your email for verification. You may proceed to input the OTP to complete the verification process.

  Information

If you have an existing DOKU Dashboard account, you will not need to verify your account again.

Step 5: Migration has been completed

Congratulations! You have now successfully migrated your user account to the new DOKU Dashboard. You can now log in using your new credentials and start exploring the new and improved platform.

Please note that all of the existing transactions, settlements, and configurations in will be saved in the new DOKU Dashboard. Please contact your account manager for further information or assistance.
