For merchants with multiple brands, we have now made it easier for you to navigate from one dashboard to another. The following is a list of new dashboard navigation features:
Feature | Description |
Home Dashboard | You can now set your main brand dashboard, where this dashboard will be the first dashboard that you access when you first logged in to the dashboard. This will help you save a lot of time as you are no longer required to search for your main brand after logging in. |
Search by Brand Name and Brand ID | Brand name and brand ID can now be searched in the navigation bar search field. Business name search has been removed. |
Copy Brand ID Button | Brand ID is now shown in the navigation bar to make it easier for you to identify the brand dashboard that you are currently in. We have also provided a "Copy" button, should you need to copy and paste the brand ID for any issues that you would like to raise to DOKU Care. |
