What if my transaction fails to process?

The transaction may fail to be processed because the customer did not complete the payment. 

If the transaction is failed due to a technical issue, DOKU will provide an error message in your transaction report. If you require further information about your failed transactions, you may submit a ticket to DOKU Care or send an email to care@doku.com.
