How to check the status of my transaction?

You can check the status of your transaction by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to DOKU Dashboard, and then access the side navigation bar
  2. Under Report tab, select Transaction
  3. Transaction page will appear where you can check the status of your transaction. You can also search the transaction that you are looking to check based on the invoice number, customer name, and amount.
