How to process refund of my non-credit-card transaction?

DOKU is only authorized to process the refund of transactions based on Merchant's request. The refund amount can be either full or partial depending on Merchant's request. Regardless of the refund amount, Merchant will still bear the transaction fee of that particular transaction, unless the transaction fee would like to be borne by the customer.
Please submit a ticket to DOKU Care or send an email to care@doku.com with the following details provided:

  • Your Brand ID
  • Invoice Number
  • Transaction Date
  • Transaction Amount
  • Customer's Bank Account
  • Amount to be Refunded (Full/Partial)
