Why are my transaction funds settled to the wrong bank account?

DOKU only settles transaction funds to the bank account that you have registered and selected. You can check the selected settlement bank account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to DOKU Dashboard, and then access the side navigation bar
  2. Under Settings tab, select Settlement
  3. Settlement Configuration page will appear where you can check Destination Account Number as the selected bank account
  4. If the selected bank account is incorrect, select the correct bank account, then click SUBMIT
  5. The next settlement batch will be directed to the newly selected bank account.
