If you have completed your DOKU business account registration, your data and documents will undergo a verification process. This process may take up to 2x24 hours. Therefore, please ensure the data that you submitted are correct and up-to-date to prevent your business account rejection. You will receive an email notification as well as a notification from the dashboard once your business account has been verified.
If you have not received an email or notification after 2x24 hours, you may submit a ticket to DOKU Care or send an email to care@doku.com.
Tips
You don't need to wait for your business account to be verified to start accepting payment. However, we will only process the funds settlement if your business account has been verified.
