Your funds settlement might be held due to the following reasons:
- Your business account has not been verified.
- The bank account that you registered is invalid.
In order to check whether your transaction is being held, you may visit "Reconciliation" page under the "Report" tab. You will find that your transaction will contain Settlement Schedule with a value of Hold. You may refer to the following image for your reference.
If you find your transaction to be on "Hold" despite your business account and bank account have been verified, please submit a ticket to DOKU Care Team here.
